Here at John Roberts Toyota, we remain open for business and we're taking every precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Any employee who feels sick or has afflicted family members, has been instructed to stay home for their own safety and health and for that of our employees and customers alike. We are also regularly cleaning and disinfecting high traffic areas, including door knobs, tables, and work stations. Customers will see staff members wearing gloves and regularly cleaning these areas throughout the day for the health and safety of everyone.

Despite these comprehensive measures, we can appreciate that you may still prefer to not visit our dealership. Please know that we are fully equipped to assist you with your sales and purchase needs.

If you are in the market for a new Toyota or pre‑owned vehicle, but would prefer to shop from home, our Online Express Store offers multiple features and tools that make an online vehicle purchase extremely easy.

Additionally, we are offering free home delivery of you vehicle (up to 300 miles from our location). A sales staff member will bring the vehicle and all necessary paperwork to your home or place of work at no additional charge. Let us know if you have a trade and we'll evaluate your vehicle on the spot. And, our Sales team is only an email, phone call, or online chat away to assist you with all your car buying needs.

Toyota Financial Services has just announced a 90 day deferred payment* customer support program. This is effective March 18th - June 1st and available for all new Toyota models.

For Service:

We proudly offer pickup and delivery for our service customers within 25 miles of the dealership. And while your car is in for service, please know that our valets, advisors, technicians, and detail shops are also taking precautions and following the best practices that we have put in place.

Further, disinfecting wipes are conveniently available to you should you want to wipe down your steering wheel and other parts of your vehicle’s interior upon receiving it back from us.
